Register for the Spring 5K!
 
What: A 5 kilometer race
When: Sunday, April 20 at 10:00am (Registration opens at 9:00am)
Where: NU South Lakefill
Meet at the east end of Parking Lot 211 (http://www.northwestern.edu/up/parking/maps.html)
The lot is near Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, 50 Arts Circle Drive
 
You can register online and donate via credit card or bring a check or cash on race day.  Please make checks payable to Northwestern University.  We greatly appreciate your support!

Start your Sunday morning off by helping out a good cause and getting some exercise!   We invite you to join us a 5K in order to increase awareness about intellectual disabilities and raise funds for our inclusive on-campus programming and the Illinois Area 5 Special Olympics Day of the Games on May 4, 2008 at Evanston Township High School.  Over 400 athletes participated in the May 2007 Games.
 
Runners, walkers, rollerbladers, and strollers are all welcome.  Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female participants to finish the race.  Bib numbers, water, and bagels will be available on race day.  
 
Northwestern University to Benefit Special Olympics is the nation’s oldest and largest student-run collegiate Special Olympics organization.  We’re glad your here to celebrate our 31st year with us!
